Eligibility:
• This draw is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Participants must list their house with Spectrum Realty under a Sole Mandate to be eligible.
• Employees of Rooiberg Wild and Spectrum Realty, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
• Participants must list their house with Spectrum Realty under a Sole Mandate.
• Participants must follow both Rooiberg Wild and Spectrum Realty's social media pages.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize:
• The prize is an all-inclusive weekend stay at Rooiberg Wild for 2 adults. This includes all meals provided during the stay.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• The stay must be booked within 6 months from the date of the draw.
Exclusions:
• Transport to and from Rooiberg Wild is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
• All drinks during the stay are not included and must be paid for by the winner.
• Any additional activities or services not included in the prize must be paid for by the winner.
Winner Selection:
• The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced during a live draw event.
Notification:
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the draw.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
Privacy:
• Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties.
• By entering the draw, participants consent to the use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Acceptance:
• By entering the draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Modification:
• Rooiberg Wild and Spectrum Realty reserve the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Liability:
• Rooiberg Wild and Spectrum Realty are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this draw or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
• Any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
